YDB 系列扁形張拉千斤頂是我司經(jīng)過(guò)大量工程實(shí)踐研制的一種新型扁形預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉千斤頂。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)如下：采用雙并列油缸的結(jié)構(gòu)，扁錨采用整體一次張拉，客服了扁錨由于單孔張拉而引起構(gòu)件應(yīng)力不均勻，預(yù)應(yīng)力筋延伸量不足，構(gòu)件扭曲現(xiàn)象，并且可提高施工工效?？蓮V泛用于各種錨固體系的扁錨預(yù)應(yīng)力施工。
YDB Flat stressing jack is a new integral prestressing tension jack researched and developed by our co. based on a great deal of the engineering practice. Its main advantages are as follows：possesses the advantages of adopting the structure of two cylinders in parallel,once integrally stressing the flat anchorage,overcoming the disadvantages of the component asymmetrical stress,lack of scant extension amount of the PC tendon and component distortion caused by mono-hole stressing for the flat anchorage,and improving the construction efficiency. YBD series Flat Jack was developed for bridge bearing maintenance and replacements and also for heavy lifting work during natural disasters like earthquake. Its small and compact design allows it to be inserted between the confined spaces of two structures. It can be widely used in various flat anchorage prestressing constructions of the anchorage system.
